For those who are returning home after a hospital or a sub-acute stay, Global Care’s highly-qualified companions can help make the transition as smooth, safe and effortless as possible.  In the long-term care setting, our companions provide additional support for the individual in need of specialized, one-on-one care and attention, in conjunction with the facility’s guidelines.

Global Care maintains staff who work on a consistent schedule and who understand the value of continuity of care. Each case is assigned the same relief companion when the main caregiver is off duty so that a familiar face is always on the scene. Our care management approach incorporates:

 

  • an initial client assessment free of charge, and regular updates;

  • constant communication with family members;

  • consistent caregivers who are trained and supervised; and,

  • staffing coordinators and a nurse case manager who are available 24/7 to answer your call.

Our clients pay privately via:
