Global Care maintains staff who work on a consistent schedule and who understand the value of continuity of care. Each case is assigned the same relief companion when the main caregiver is off duty so that a familiar face is always on the scene. Our care management approach incorporates:

  • an initial client assessment free of charge, and regular updates;

  • constant communication with family members;

  • consistent caregivers who are trained and supervised; and,

  • staffing coordinators and a nurse case manager who are available 24/7 to answer your call.
